"Replacing a roof is not cheap - and it’s not exactly the most fun thing to throw a lot of money at (versus, say, a new bathroom) . AEM (Kevin B. in particular) made this not only painless, but even pleasant. We got three bids - Kevin B. from AEM was the only one that bothered to actually visit our house, meet with us and explain the process. The other bids were just emailed in, apparently using some imaging system that let them measure our rooftop. AEMs bid was not the cheapest of the three, but it was absolutely competitive with the other two - and, because of Kevin’s walking us through the process, we felt much more comfortable having them do the project. Communication as we were getting closer to the day was very good (I work at home - so I knew I’d have to take the day off given the noise). There were a few unavoidable weather delays - Kevin always kept me informed. On the actual day, the team was here early - as was Kevin - and the whole process was done in a day. Something really cool - they had to get into our yard through our neighbor’s back yard (with his permission, of course!) - as a gesture, they raked his leaves! They also cleaned our gutters while they were up there doing the roof. After the fact, the cleanup was perfect - our back yard was spotless! Kevin and his colleague also did some great work repairing our soffits. Anyhow - I don’t think we can recommend AEM highly enough - they care for their customers - and made this as painless as possible. We are very happy with the results. Thanks Kevin and team!"

"This is the first time that I had used Steve to dismantle a bedframe. Take it out and get rid of it for me. When he finished that task, he asked if he could do anything else?We ended up working together on a small project outside. Steve is a very pleasant hard-working and good communicator. "i see lot positive reviews ,but does anyone really go look at work, I gave Richard 2 roofers to do side by side ,bad thing to do ,only thing he cared about doing them the same day , he never got out truck .nor did he go on roof to see what job his borrow help did, i had shingle buckling even sent him 2 photos never came to look got like the warranty Richard gives been 4 months now still picking up nail tells gutter were all cleaned not true i had 3 pounds roof nail in gutter . vent were never sealed"

"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."
