When I signed on the person who came out to check out and price the job mentioned all that was included in the deep cleaning. Apparently, all these details were not communicated to the people who did the actual cleaning. There were some things they did not do as thoroughly as was explained to me. Also, a supervisor did not come back to check on the quality of the work completed. I had to critique the work with the cleaners. It was a very uncomfortable task for me. Overall they did a good job-better than I would have done in SOME instances. Although after the fact there were one or two jobs that could have been done better. I must say the ladies who did the cleaning were friendly and accommodating. Just wish someone else from the company would have touched base with me after the job was completed. I will have them come again and I will be more specific about the areas that need a more thorough cleaning.

Fantastic. They were in tune and their work was excellent. Did a great job and cleaned every bit of the apartment. Smelled clean and disinfected the downstairs.

It went very well. They were very thorough in hitting all the surfaces and cleaning the bathroom and kitchen extremely well.

It went well however they were not able to clean the dog slobber off the wood floors. I know it is difficult but I thought the professionals would know how . I hope when They come back next month they might be able to get it off. I would have given better reviews if not for the dog slobber.

Second time I have used Choice 1 Cleaning, and will certainly hire them again in the future. Service performed included a general cleaning of the entire house. I was very impressed with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Would definitely recommend.

The cleaners pointed out that dust, not mold, covered the walls, so the job was not as difficult as expected, so the cost was a little high for an hour plus job.

I have been using Choice 1 for regular monthly house cleanings for about two years. Their 3-4 person teams do a thorough, professional job and always show when promised. Jen in the office is always personable and professional, and sends an email with approximate time of arrival a day prior to service. On the few instances where an issue arose, they have been quick and eager to provide a resolution. It’s a well-oiled operation, and I highly recommend them.

The team of women got the job done completely, in record time, AND the quality of their work was exceptional !!!! I was impressed !!!.

Crew of three arrived promptly. Team leader, Stephanie, introduced herself, and thoroughly explained in a very professional manner what to expect. They were here for about three hours, and got a lot accomplished in that time. About half way through their time at my house a Supervisor came by to introduce herself, and check on how things were progressing. They did a Tremendous job!!! As a team they were Extremely thorough---even doing a few little extras here and there, which I greatly appreciated. In fact, I was a little intimidated by using the self-cleaning option on my oven, and it hadn't been cleaned in Quite a While--but they put their elbow grease technique to work and the inside of the oven looks like new---And it was in bad shape! This was my first time contracting them to do this cleaning job, (mostly because my back was giving me issues), but I find that we can all use a little help now and then--no shame in that. If you're short on time, or not exactly a "cleaning goddess," treating yourself to letting someone else take this chore off your hands---and do a really great job---is well worth it! Because this was a Very Positive Experience, I will be contacting them again to come on some kind of a recurring basis. My understanding is that the work can be customized to fit your needs and schedule, and that Jennifer, (Owner) will work with you to best accommodate your needs. You Can sign up for a one-time cleaning--though this initially was a little on the pricey side--but I didn't mind so much since they did such a fabulous job, Or you can sign up for a weekly cleaning, or bi-weekly, as an option. As is true in most cases, the frequency of services purchased allows for more cost effective pricing. I might add that the crew was very personable, cleaned up after themselves, deposited any trash in my garage, and even organized/tidied up after themselves by making an effort to put things back where they belonged. Very positive experience---though I imagine that there can be differences in the experience depending on who you get, and their cleaning style. I was Very Fortunate to have Team Leader Stephanie, Veronica (?), and (forgive me I forget her name)----as they all worked very well together. Thank you Stephanie & Crew! --Janice

Michelle was wonderful! She messaged me the night before asking if there was anything in particular I needed done. She was very punctual and very professional. She sid an excellant job. I would definitely request her again!

The Choice 1 crew showed up on time and immediately started work. The 3 very organized and nice women cleaned a very dirty house (3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen, living room and rec room) in 3-4 hrs and did a very thorough job! The person doing the carpets came a little before the cleaning crew was done and did a great job, especially on the dirty stair carpet. The entire crew timed it perfectly so we did not have to wait in between the house and carpet cleaning. Will definitely hire them again!

I hired Choice 1 cleaning as a surprise gift for my wife because we just had our first child, and in the process of cleaning their team found a gold and diamond necklace that we had lost... That necklace was the very gift I gave my wife when we found out she was pregnant. Just a wonderful turn of events. This really meant to much to us, I couldn't speak more highly of Choice 1!

Jason did a terrific job cleaning my rugs. He is very conscientious and personable, and he was right on time! When I called to schedule, my appointment was within a week which was perfect. This is a very professional company with reasonably priced services, and I would highly recommend them.
