"Project: Replace plumbing fixtures. My job was in such narrow and awkward place and it took much more time than the estimate but he charged me just the estimate. Not only that when he had to come back to finish the job later day, I forgot the appointment and was not home. He was very kind about it and finished the work. I will definitely call him if I need another plumbing job."

"Put in new shower heads that met our needs. John was on time, gave us a fair price, left area very clean and wore booties over his shoes. Very congenial person.
