Don went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family. He has been helping us for 3 months with tastings, levels, eduction behind it all and giving us his educated advice! We ended up in court with the landlord and Don showed up on our behalf and had a binder and portfolio ready to present to the judge showing the judge how incredibly high the mold levels were and explaining the negatives effects itâ s had on my family!! We contacted Bona Fide home and Mold inspection a couple of weeks ago to inspect a home which we were considering purchasing.Don the owner met us at the home and we were pleasantly surprised by his politeness,professionalism and punctuality.Don also informed us that he would also include a free visual mold inspection with the home report.We received his 25 page report within 48 hours. Don is the best in the business! He was so great, I hired him twice! In the first home he inspected, Don was able to quickly show me all the mold in the house, which was the deal breaker (there were other problems with the home). I trusted Donâ s inspection for the second home, and I am glad I did. We are now closing in August! Don was extremely knowledgeable, personable, always early for each inspection, and provided a behind expected service. He really has the buyers back! Don was very responsive and a great communicator during a stressful time of an inspection. I appreciated how accommodating Don was to schedule the inspection on a Saturday as I am working during the week. Don was very thorough during the inspection process and pointed out issues that needed to be addressed. Dons report was extremely helpful in outlining the follow up items. issues. Absolutely professional! The closest I get to "bad news" is that they test but they don't remediate... because they take avoiding conflict of interest VERY seriously. I will definitely have Bona Fide do the follow-up testing to ensure the contractor does the job right, and would recommend the company to anyone.

i wish i could have met the inspector. i was impressed whith him over the phone, but covid-19 restriction kept me from going to my mothers house where the inspection was done. he spent time with my mom explaining things to her. she was very impresed with him.
