He is hard-working, very helpful and a great troubleshooter. Then, 2 days later, with more rain and a sump pump failure, Marco again got here quickly with Amanda and the two of them set to work. "Ray, Ron and Crew are Awesome When we realized we had a water leak they showed up right away, explained in detail what happened and what they needed to do, removed problem are put blowers in to dry it out has to remove the floor and put a covering over it to protect us and our fur babies, actually before they started they covered the entry floor and stairs to protect the floor and rug, they are so courteous, cautious and meticulous what ever their here to do they do such a good clean up like no one was here I was scared when this water leak 1st happened but they came in took over and cleaned it up telling us step by step what would happen I Highly Recommend them for Any Problem or Project you may have It's almost time for them to Remodel My Kitchen can't wait for the outcome"

"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"
