We had 4 inches of water in the basement of our new home during the recent storm; Marco came right away, when other services did not even return my call. He is hard-working, very helpful and a great troubleshooter. Then, 2 days later, with more rain and a sump pump failure, Marco again got here quickly with Amanda and the two of them set to work. We can’t thank them enough. They really looked out for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again (though we hope with our new sump pump they won’t be needed). Many thanks Drip-N-Dry Restoration!

Rapid response, great communication, and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. Marco was great to work with, and the quality of the clean-up and work was awesome. I would certainly recommend to anyone. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and I can't say enough good things.

Good customer service and did a great job. He is a man of his word because he gets the job done like what he say they would do.
