"Excellent. We added a bathroom and a bedroom, took down paneling and completely redid the family room. These guys did all the electrical work, plumbing work, flooring, painting and everything else. Amazing communication, stayed on budget, worked very well with us and the work was done quickly and exactly as described. Any issues were immediately dealt with. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"This is ARK Home Improvement’s 4th job with us. The craftsmanship & professionalism is the reason why Noah is our first & only choice. We had our deck built about 10 years ago with pre treated timber. It has started to rot in places from general wear. Noah suggested replacing the entire bottom, railings & stairs with cedar as to its beauty & durability. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful. Noah hand picked each plank he used. "Hired Dennis Moffitt Painting to paint and repair house exterior with an initial quote of $3,000. They charged the full amount upfront instead of the agreed 20% deposit. The scope and cost of carpentry work escalated unexpectedly, I approved an additional $5000 in carpentry repairs. Zero communication until they stop work and tell me it's $17,000, so far. Months have gone by, I have never received accurate invoices or a breakdown of costs. The last one claims to have done work that they obviously didn't do. The contractor left a big piece of equipment on my property and has gone radio silent. This experience has been fraught with miscommunication, overcharging, and unprofessionalism. I would not hire this firm again."
