He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit.
