I have built 2 homes and refurbished one home and have worked with numerous contractors...and i can tell you first hand that Flavio is one of the Best..He gives creative advice..hes very reliable...he works as if it his own project...and never skips or takes any shortcuts...cuz i literally stand thete the whole time...
