Terrible HVAC company!!! There's a reason that they get 2 stars on reputable sites. Dealt with them for multiple commercial and residential projects over the past year. Never again. Horrible experience. Bunch of liars from the top (Terry and Matt Regan) to the bottom. Way overpriced and the work is terrible. Got quotes nearly half the price yet I still went with them because I thought they were good. I even used them after my residential job because I thought maybe the commercial side would be different. Big mistake!! Been lied to on every project that I've had with them over the past year. While every installation or service call has been horrendous and time consuming. After spending over $25k with them, I had the nerve to question a $700 inspection bill which I never signed a contract and was never explained. After questioning the bill, owner called me a 'deadbeat' and threatened a lien on my property. Then the owner tells me that he likes to place 'deadbeat' signs on customer's front lawns. Against my lawyers advice, I paid the bill only to be insulted further by owner. Much better HVAC companies out there who actually treat their customers with respect and courtesy. And you won't pay double the amount for inferior work.

"We are sorry you feel this way we had no idea these problems existed. The customer relationship started when his Contractor requested a Residential quote. The Installation was completed October 15th 2018. Payment was made by the Contractor, on 12/10/18. There was no further correspondence between [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed]’s or the Contractor about any issues with the installation, or quality of the work. In April 2019 Mr. [Member Name Removed] called to inquire about commercial work. He was interested in purchasing a building, needed 8 HVAC systems evaluated prior to decision. We agreed to do the evaluation, he was informed the work would be done on a time & material basis, charge him straight time, not overtime, and coordinated for a Saturday. The work was completed Saturday, 4/6. An invoice #323943 for $700, was sent. The additional work proposed in evaluation was completed 5/18/19 except for a filter sizing issue which was later resolved. We received final payment from Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Except for the filter sizing issue, which was entirely our fault. We were never notified of any issues. As of 9/20 $700 invoice is unpaid. [Member Name Removed] did not feel he owed us this money. Ownership continued to have back and forth correspondence with no closure. We are very sorry that it has gotten to this point. As of 10/4/19 $700 invoice from 4/6 remains unpaid."

Has not been able to fix furnace. Started out nice, come right out, but keep having to come back and sending me bills without resolving my furnace. I called and got no response from the supervisor for a while. He only called back once and left one voicemail and that was it. Never called back.

Great. Bruno was very honest with me when he came to my home to recommend a heating system, he was also very nice and professional!the install itself took two days and everyone was very nice and they showed me how to use everything and were happy to answer any questions I had. It was also apparent that they cared about the quality of their work and were actively problem-solving during the install, not cutting corners. I was grateful to have such a hard-working and nice install team !!! Thank you guys very much . I'm sorry, I can't remember their names but please tell them i think they did a great job . On price : it was more than I had anticipated paying, but the other quotes I got were not for Mitsubishi systems (which have the patent on the hyperheat thing ), and comparatively the other companies didn't seem to know quite as much/were not actually listening to me when I was speaking. So, very grateful for Regan !

First salesman met me out at the property the first time to take a look at what the property needed. He then scheduled a second visit with his master plumber to make sure they had everything covered. Was notified that a different person had to come out to take a look at the boiler due to the size of the house. The second person came out, met me at the property, and then said there was no reason for him to come out since this was just a large residential boiler. He said to give him a day or so and I would have a quote for full replacement boiler and hot water system. Is has now been over 50 days later and I have never received a quote from this company. If it takes a month just to get a quote how long does it take to get service?

This was a big job that lasted four days and needed a number of different tradesmen. Everyone was great - professional, kept the area clean, and did great work. They were always flexible with requests I had on some of the details of the install (type of thermostats, type of filter boxes, etc). I received quotes from 6 different contractors for this job. Regan was not the cheapest (not too far off), but I was convinced that they'd do it right and I am not disappointed - good quality work and good quality components. Follow ups from the office about how things are going, if I have any questions, etc. Highly recommend.

Went very well. The team was right on time and got right to work. The whole job was completed in two days. It would have been completed in one day but the wiring in my house was a challenge because we never had A/C. The electrician spent a considerable amount of time crawling around in my attic to get the wiring in place and get everything working. They also have been great at follow up. The first time we clicked on our A/C it didn't work. Turns out one of the wires wasn't hooked up right, but they had a tech out right away and got it figured out.

It was an excellent experience: prompt, professional, and fluent in the products they installed. Regan priced slightly higher than a competitor but we chose them because of their high ratings compared to the competitor. The job required some additional work that Regan had not figured in the estimate but the price remained the same when Regan completed the work. We are very satisfied.
