The tech was thorough, friendly, and did a great job. He came to our house within about 2 hours of my calling the office. The only reason I did not give them an A was the price was a bit high. Two parts that were needed were not on the truck and I paid for the time for him to drive into town twice and paid for the parts on top of that. I have not had a lot of experience with heating issues so maybe this is normal. I'm not sure-

Excellent Service. Called regarding needing an emergency replacement of oil-fired furnace on a Friday. By end of the the next Monday, the furnace was replaced at a lower cost than two other bids and the quality of work was excellent. Fast, efficient and at a fair price. Can't ask for more than that.

This was as positive an experience as losing your AC in the dead of summer could be. Northeast was fast, knowledgable and reasonably priced; everything you want a company to be.
