Even after days of dry weather, it was still too soft to accommodate his machine, so he and his guys raked it out by hand and did a spectacular job! RILA Development Inc is capable of handling anything from minor interior and exterior renovations/upgrades such as patios, pergola installations, landscaping, fencing and hardscape. Additional services include painting, picture/TV mounting, kitchen and bathroom remodels or minor alterations. We are located on the East Side of Providence and service all surrounding areas within 1 hour drive of our location.
