They came to my home, assessed the situation,figured out how to fix the mistakes that were made by the other company and developed a plan keeping my dream vision in mind. I now have a beautiful 3 season room. It was a pleasure to work with Shreve . I plan to use their services for other home projects."

I searched and found tents for rent and after one phone call I didnt look elsewhere. I spoke with Kim and Louise the whole process. They were both so helpful I cannot say it enough. They guided me through the reserving process, how to make changes, and delivery. They even set up a site visit to check out where the tent would go. Elvin was at the site visit and in charge of tent set up and breakdown. On top of being an extremely nice guy, Elvin was smart and efficient with his team for set up. The tent was set up perfectly exactly how we drew it up. The heaters kept our guests warm all night without issue. The quality of everything was amazing. We highly recommend this company and team!"

"My wife called in to see how much it would cost to fix a problem with our shower’s valve cartridge. she called Jones plumbing because their website says that their estimates are free. Guy comes out and charges $120 after looking at it for 2 min. He insisted that she had to pay him and she paid him. I called in to get the charge refunded and they said that because my wife didn’t explicitly request for a free estimate the phone they considered in a service call. Plumber I spoke to said he would talk to the owner but as of right now they haven’t refunded us. I would not recommend this company. Im confident they charged my wife because they felt they could take advantage of my pregnant wife who was the only one home when the plumber came to give us the estimate. What’s more, when they sent us the estimate it was an outrageous price and they claimed they had to rip out the vanity in the other bathroom to fix the shower cartridge from the other side. That is not true."
