Not well. Asked them for a quote two times. Both times the person on the phone promised a quote would be delivered. NEVER got one. One of my neighbors used them and speaks very highly of them. I mentioned that during our initial conversation. I thought about asking a third time & decided that due to the lack of a response the it was not worth the additional effort on my part.

Very well, so far no leaks!

Great! The workmen arrived on time and did a wonderful job. The job was more extensive than we originally thought, but they stayed and got the project done the same day.

It went very well. Approximately two weeks from signing contract to completion of the work. Old roof off and new roof on in one day. They staffed the job to get it done.

Wonderful. They took off the old roof on the top level of our 1880s row house, which was comprised of decades upon decades of all sorts of different materials that had been layered on over the years. Got it right down to the beams and put on a whole new roof. Very clean with all the debris removal. Respectful of neighboring properties, as well as our own. Great quality workmanship on final product.

Allied quickly repaired wind-damaged flashing. They planned to arrive the next day, but had to defer because of weather. They kept in touch, showed up when they promised, and did good work.

I very much wanted this done before the holidays and winter weather. They were able to accomodate showing up when they said. Finishing quickly. Cleaning up promptly. And sending a guy out right away to follow up on some things that I wanted done to my siding. I had originally expected it would be a 12k job so I considered them to be a good value. Usually things are a lot more than you estimate. I was impressed that the onsight foreman went to the neighbors and introduced himself and set expectations about work schedule and cleanup etc. of course that is good marketing on their part but nevertheless I thought it showed prfessionalism. I had an addition that was built recently and did not need a roof. I asked them to match it with their shingles and they did a good job of that. Whole thing was three days including gutters. The gutter work was subcontracted but the guys understood the job and performed well.

I first called in the summer of 2014. I told them it was not an emergency where I had water coming in anywhere, but wanted work done. A couple of weeks later I had to call to 'remind' them I wanted work done. They showed up and one of their folks (I forget his name but he was very professional) showed up and told me exactly what needed done. That was a Thursday. He said depending on their schedule they might be back on Friday. If not Friday, they would come back the following week. Friday came and went. Next week came and went and I had to call again for them to show up. They showed up on a Saturday morning to do the work. They did their work and left. Next time it rained I checked and the problem was still there. We went round and round after I kept calling/emailing to see what was going on. I ended up paying $600 for work that was part of the original problem but did not solve my problem. Finally now, November 26 they came and told me that the original problem can't be fixed and no one should have told me it could. Funny, it leaks more now than it did before. I had caulked the same area a few years ago and it worked better than what I got from the people that do it for a living. Not a happy customer here.

Allied was very prompt with their estimate and arrived when they told us they would be here. They were very pleasant and cleaned up after they finished. They repaired squirrel and woodpecker holes near roofline. They caulked extensively and replaced shingles and cleaned out our gutters. They caulked around our large skylights which were leaking. There have been heavy rain storms since their work was done and we have no leaks. When we received the bill, they documented everything they did with 13 pages of photographs. We were very pleased with their professionalism and their prompt and efficient service.

Allied Roofing and Sheetmetal Inc. had to get inventive which we really appreciated. They were great. I don't have any complaints at all.They would be a good pick for a tricky roof that needed a creative solution. Not just anybody could have done this. They came when they said the would. They were terrific.

These guys were great! I had noticed wet stains on my ceiling the day before which was a holiday and we had a very heavy rain that day. I called at 7 am and after explaining my situation the salesman said he would come out himself to take a look since he had an estimate in the area. At 8:30 am he called back and told me he would be sending the roofers over and see what they could do. At 8:40 am am the roofers arrived! They gave me a quick assessment and did an emergency repair. I have had no problems since. Price was reasonable, they were professional in explaining the problem and resolving it quickly. I definitley recommend them.

They were excellent. They encouraged us to ask our insurance company for coverage which we wouldn't have thought of otherwise. They got in touch with our insurance company and saved us quite a bit of money. The guys were nice, it was pretty seamless, and they were quick; it took about a week. They didn't leave a ton of materials hanging around and it was clean after the fact. They were a pleasure to work with and they made everything very easy for us. They were helpful, responsive, and pleasant guys.

Telephone estimate for straightforward and simple installation was $65. Basically place gasket around pipe exiting roof. Workmen came and left without discussion and then received bill for $162. Estimator dismissive when I called to inquire about the inflated bill. The work was minor and, even at nearly three times the estimate, I'm not really bothered by the cost. I was most disturbed by how the company handles it's customers. I would warn others away from companies that are indifferent to the needs and concerns of their customers. There are plenty of other competent roofing companies hungry for business in a recession.

John Horne worked very carefully to explain all the options available to us. When we wanted to completely change the estimate, as we live in a high wind area, to ensure we have the most wind resistance shingles he recommend a better shingle, revised the estimate and hand delivered it that same day. Prior to signing the contract we called with a plethora of "what if" questions and each time if we did not get to directly speak with Mr. Horne. he returned the calls within the hour and with great aplomb addressed our concerns. Once the contract was executed, the shingles were delivered the following week. When the materials arrived, the work was begun and completed the next day. The team of old roof removers and new roof installers were very polite, professional and tidy. We could not find any old nails or other materials on the property. We could not be more pleased with the appearance and the performance of the new roof thus far.
