My wife called in to see how much it would cost to fix a problem with our shower’s valve cartridge. she called Jones plumbing because their website says that their estimates are free. Guy comes out and charges $120 after looking at it for 2 min. He insisted that she had to pay him and she paid him. I called in to get the charge refunded and they said that because my wife didn’t explicitly request for a free estimate the phone they considered in a service call. Plumber I spoke to said he would talk to the owner but as of right now they haven’t refunded us. I would not recommend this company. Im confident they charged my wife because they felt they could take advantage of my pregnant wife who was the only one home when the plumber came to give us the estimate. What’s more, when they sent us the estimate it was an outrageous price and they claimed they had to rip out the vanity in the other bathroom to fix the shower cartridge from the other side. That is not true.

Plumber came twice. First to assess leak which was determined to be inside the 12 year old faucet. Not charged full service call; 10 minutes added to second service visit the following day to replace two faucets. After installing, plumber cleaned area. Overall, Jone's Plumbing easy to schedule service; honest assessment; on time service; good work and cost reasonable.

Jones plumbing installed a split water meter system, washer hook ups, and replaced leaking iron\galvanized pipe with modern pex. Repaired several leaks in the process and were able to clean up some prior 'bad' work. On time, on budget.

Wonderful. No problems. His number is now on the fridge.

Since this was not an emergency situation, I understand the plumber showing up in a couple of days. When your good, you're in high demand so you have to wait your for your appointment. He did a professional job including checking his work. It was done in a timely manner and I thought the price was fair.

The tech arrived on time and discussed the project with me before getting right to work.  He was able to complete removal of the old shower plumbing set and installation of the new set without incident, and in a timely manner.  When he tested the set, however, the Moen spout would not completely shut off the flow into the tub, redirecting all water to the shower head.  Water continued to leak from the spout into the tub.  He contacted his office and they requested a replacement from Moen.  He apologized and said he would return to replace the spout without further charge.
He kept the dirt and disturbance of the work area contained in that area.  When he was ready to seal up the wall behind the plumbing installation, he only had one option for sealing the hole, and I was not satisfied with that option.  He explained about other options and we agreed he would bring another cover when he returned to our home to install the second spout.
He returned two weeks later with the new spout.  It was much better, but still did not fully divert all water to the shower head.  He left the new spout installed and had the office initiate another communication to Moen asking for resolution.  (As of 1/19, there is still no resolution from Moen.)  He then closed off the wall behind the plumbing as he had agreed to do.
As far as Jones Plumbing is concerned, they were caring and responsive.  We would certainly use them again.

The workers from Jones Plumbing were very prompt and polite. They also provided us with an honest and accurate estimate.

I'm very happy with Jones Plumbing and will call them again in the future. Very polite, and thorough. He spotted other issues that I was having with the kitchen sink, but never gave much thought to. Not only did he install our new dishwasher and haul away the old one, but he left us with a kitchen faucet that works much better and has more pressure. Very pleased!

Two days before I left on vacation to Disney World, I went to the basement to do laundry and found a very large puddle on the floor. I found water leaking from my well pump. To say that I freaked out is an understatement. I had called Jones Plumbing for a minor sink drainage problem a few weeks earlier, so I called them back. Todd in the office was very sympathetic, and said he would try to have someone out that afternoon. He called back a short time later to tell me that the plumber would be out in about an hour and a half. An hour and change later, Ed came in. We talked about fixing my current well pump, which was ancient and in my basement, where I did not want it to be. I had been planning to have the work to move the well pump done anyway, and decided to just go ahead with it at this time. So while I was on vacation, Ed and some other folks from Jones came to my house while I was riding water slides and took care of the problem. When I came home, the work was done, it looked professional, the water pressure was twice as much as it had been, and I was very happy. The folks at Jones are helpful, professional, good at their jobs, trustworthy and just all around nice folks. When I remodel the bathroom, they will be my first call.

Jones Plumbing's Ed and an assistant arrived early one morning as scheduled and declared they would have the old pipes out and all the new ones in by the end of the day since it was a Friday and they wanted us to be able to have access to water for the weekend. It was a horrendous job--the old HEAVY pipes were in an old basement with small, creaky, wooden steps and little room to move in. But they did not stop all day, despite the physical work they were doing. By Friday evening, all the old things had been hauled out and the new pipes were in place. Besides the obvious integrity they showed towards the work accomplished, Ed's positive "can-do" spirit and determination to complete the job were notable!

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They cleared several drains for us. Our drains have never worked so well. while fixing two of the drains they also had to repair some of the hardware which they did on the spot. We had them come back a couple weeks later to install a toilet and fix another piece of hardware. Again, very professional. They are friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and fair. Highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with their work. My wife interacted with them.

I called Jones Plumbing in the morning and the person arrived in the afternoon. I was not expecting service until the next day. Very professional and polite. The job was fixed very quickly. Definitely will use Jones Plumbing in the future.

1. Faucets on the outside. The man came in and I showed him that my husband had severed a pipe in the basement to stop the water flow to the outside faucet. He put in a new pipe and replaced the outside faucet. He was careful to not track in dirt in spite of bad weather. He was polite and efficient. I told him that I would probably call to make another appointment to have the back faucet checked but he said he could do it now. He looked at it and checked the basement crawl space and said we were flooding in there. He crawled through all the water and replaced that outside faucet. Very efficient and saved us money on a leaking faucet that we didn't even know we had back there.

2. My kitchen pipes kept leaking so I called Jonese Plumbing. He said they had not been properly installed before and he replaced them with copper pipes. We have had no problems since. The work looks so good and it also gave me more under sink space.

3. I described some of it in the first block. They worked hard to remove my old tub which was cast iron. The reason I needed a plumber was because of a burst water pipe. They felt the faucets on the outside wall was not the best and they reversed it to the inside wall. We have had no problems since then. That was my first experience with them and I've called them 2 other times because I was so satisfied.

They were very prompt and dependable, the estimate they gave me was right on. They were very thorough as to how they installed the tub making sure everything was leveled and properly installed. They provided us with, I feel, very good quality tub and surround for the price that we paid.
