Well my boiler said it’s final goodbye in January-2019 so I moved forward with a new hot water boiler. I was able to schedule the installation within less than a week which I thought was good. The installation took the better part of a full day but was not really much of a bother as the team was able to access the basement through the bilco doors on the street. At the end they walked me through all of the work completed, answered questions and let me know to call them if there were any problems. A month into use it’s working perfectly and I am very happy about the whole process."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "My central A/C installation with Sunrise Comfort Solutions was a seamless experience from start to finish. We have a very old dutch colonial home (approx 2000 sq ft) that did not have central air. Not only did the HVAC engineer from SCS give us the lowest estimate, but he also laid out the methodology and process in which it would be setup. The team that installed the A/C were professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable in their trade. They did a seamless job within the agree-upon timeline, and even helped me fix a minor plumbing issue while they were out there. They also fulfilled my request to put the condenser in a more concealed location on property even though it was a greater challenge and required them to spend additional time running the piping. They were also very respectful with respect to their hands-free service guarantee in light of COVID-19. It was 95 degrees outside (probably 130 in my attic) and I never saw any of the team members without a mask and gloves. The lead engineer was also onsite at least 50% of the installation to answer questions and ensure quality workmanship. The end result was fantastic. For a very reasonable price, we went from 5 loud, dirty window units to a quiet system and nice cool home. Not to mention, an infusion of equity in our home, great air quality, and a SIGNIFICANT reduction in our monthly electric bill (approx $125 even with being home all the time because of the coronavirus)."

"This was a big job as it involved us switching from oil to gas heat as the winter was quickly setting in, as well as installing a whole-house backup generator and new electrical service. Our old boiler was broken so we couldn't have heat until the gas conversion was completed. Indoor Air Technologies had to keep sending people out to my house to do work as soon as the gas company (who took their sweet time as I warned they would) decided to finally do the things they promised in order get us a working gas line to the house. Knowing I had no heat, they always made me a priority when we were ready for the next step in installation, especially with the boiler. They provide name brand, quality products and their pricing was extremely reasonable. With a gas conversion, things happen in phases, so they were at my house a lot, and I got to know some of the guys that work for them. They were all very polite and extremely helpful. They worked hard and past 5:00 on several occasions to get me up and running. From the first consultation until after final inspection when they sent someone to my house separately, just to make sure we knew how everything works with the boiler and the generator, they were a pleasure to work with.
