I purchased garbage disposal myself from local store and their price for the install and to unclog the drain was still $376.40 for garbage disposal labor + Snake kitchen sink was $303.75 = $680.15 =a 1 star. In addition the technician changed pricing on the unclog and then said there was no guarantee on the work. After completion of the job I ran my dishwasher and no water. Technician had to be called to restore water flow. And he was disgruntled about returning."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies.
