"My gas boiler stopped working. I wanted to find a local contractor and came across Whitestone Heating and Cooling. After some research I read their reviews which were all excellent. So I called and Oscar came to my home. He and his partner looked at it and thought the leak was caused by a problen that renders the heater unrepairable. After relighting the pilot light he made a slight adjustment to the valve which stopped the leak. He could have just told me the heater was cracked and useless just to have me buy a new one to make himself more money but he didn't which i was so very grateful. He's coming back to put a sleeve in the chimney. I recommend Oscar and Whitestone Heating and Cooling to anybody who needs help with their heating or cooling systems. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "Alliance service pros came to our house to find out why nothing was flowing from our house into my septic tank. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies.
