"TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE PAUL ALSTON. We waiting months for him to start the work. He installed the wrong in-ground fencing instead of the correct deck material. He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

They came out to view the pool, brought samples and we verbally agreed to their quote for work later in the season. Once pool season was over they came in and finished the work in 3 days, not consecutive, a weekend was in the middle, cleaned up and even came back to correct a small blemish we identified on the waterfall section.
