Workers were professional and proficient. The owener qas with us every step of the way to answer our questions and help us make the right choices for our pool. Work was done in a timely manner. We have been wanting to do our pool decking for over five years and I researched many different companies ...to us this was a big ticket item to do â ¦I instantly connected with the owner of Price Right Pools Isabella . I felt that she heard everything I was wanting for the pool decking. She was excellent. Her team was over the top professional ..and hard working .. we were fortunate enough to have great weather during the installation of the pavers . They started right on time every day and worked a full day .. what Isabella promised she delivered !! I am a perfection and expect excellent in what I am paying for ... her price was very competitive .. I would hire her again in a second for any project that she offers !! The pool decking looks great and we are thrilled !!

There are many pool Reno companies on the market; some have been around too long and think their brand name makes them entitled to charge premium and others are just really good and resourceful for less, and theyâ re willing to prove it. PriceRight is the latter. Great consultation on design, color, ideas, creative vision - the whole team works with pride and they pay attention to detail. Iâ m a repeat Price Right Pools customer. Six years ago Izabella and her team did a beautiful full remodel to our pool. We returned to have our old concrete pool deck removed and expanded. Izabella worked within our budget to suggest the best possible options that we could afford. Her team was hard working, respectful of our property, and the work did not drag on longer than needed. She even arranged to have our pool lines tested and a new cover fabricated and installed. It was such a relief not to have to follow up on these services myself. Overall communication was excellent - I never waited more than a day at most for a response from her or her office manager. The finished pool deck is gorgeous and just what we wanted. I will absolutely use Price Right Pools again for future projects

Isabella was responsive and punctual. Estimates were clear and straightforward. Isabella patiently worked with Lyon Financial and got them whatever they needed. Her crews did a great job in both the demo and installation. They worked impressively fast and efficiently in the hottest week of the year. They were polite and curious as well. I had multiple estimates and their quote was very reasonable. I have no reservations about recommending Price Right Pools.

I worked with many contractors for various jobs over the past years, but Price Right Pools would be one of the best I ever worked with, Izabella the owner was very professional and on the mark with all the steps of the project. She told me they would start in early June and would we be swimming by July 4. They started June 1 and I was swimming by June 23, you can't get any more efficient than that. She told me a fair price and kept to that price, also let Izabella come up with some of her suggestions which are great. She added a sitting wall with lights as a suggestion which looks just great. She also changed the design of the pavers and landscaping that also looks great. The whole project came out super and all her workers were great to work with and very polite. Believe me you can't go wrong with using this company for your swimming pool restoration project.

The experience with Izabella was an EXTREME pleasure from start to finish. We had Many estimates for our Coping, tile and re-plastering job Izabella was the most honest person we had meet with during this entire process. Her price was fair and she delivered as promised. She communicated with us every day while the work was being done and after it was complete. I can not say about her and her company. a truly wonderful experience, do not hesitate to her hire her for your job and you will not be disappointed.!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO RENOVATE YOUR POOL. They will do the job, make a mess, create problems and once they have your check, Izabella will disappear. Renovated our pool in May 2022 and were immediately notified of a problem with the quartzite finish. She disappeared for 21/2 months and until a call letting her know we would take further action, she finally showed up. Now, she is blaming us for the problems she created and is acting as though she is doing us a favor by suggesting a solution that may do further damage. AGAIN, I CAN NOT SAY IT ENOUGH--DO NOT HIRE Izabella at PRICE RIGHT POOLS. Terrible!!!

"PRP customers have the right to voice their dissatisfaction or concerns with our work. However, they do not have the right to post false information about our company or me, the company owner. The truth is that the problem described by the customer has nothing to do with PRP's work and has to do with a typical, very ordinary water situation that was explained in the inspection report. In certain situations, we will try to assist customers beyond the scope of our responsibility, as it is in this case. Specifically, we have more than a few times offered to assist this customer with, free of charge, a chemical wash solution. However, this customer has not been reasonable and instead believes that posting untrue posts about PRP is the right strategy. It is not. PRP is a reputable company, with years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers. We proudly stand behind our work."

Great company. All the workers were very neat , pleasant, and hard working. I had my tile , coping and plater replaced and everything is beautiful. The workers were on time and completed work in a timely manner. Every one of the workers cleaned up after they were finished for the day. I can not say enough about how great this company is.

Izabella and her team did an incredible job renovating our pool. She was true to her word at every turn. The workers showed up on the days that she said they would. They finished the project the day she said they would. The work was excellent. I honestly don't have one complaint. Our pool is beautiful. The new coping and tile are a beautiful match. We would definitely hire Izabella all over again.

I loved Izabella from the start! I felt she was genuinely interested in making my pool area gorgeous. Her communication could have been better (specifically re: when people were showing up), but our pool looks fabulous, so allâ s well that ends well I suppose!
