"In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.

"I highly recommend PatchMaster. Damon was great to work with in diagnosing the problem and arranging the project, and Josh was a truly skilled craftsman in making our ceiling look better than new. (The options offered above for describing "service/project" are not very broad; our specific project was repairing sections of a living room ceiling that were peeling, and then painting entire ceiling to blend the color.) The job took days longer than estimated due to extra moisture in the air from a recent storm, but PatchMaster stayed with it until the result was perfect (and at no extra cost). "The sales person was very friendly and took his time to explain exactly what we should expect. He showed us a video of why we were getting water in our basement and the process of installing a sump pump system. I cannot say this for the other sales people at other companies we interviewed. The day of the install the two men were 3 1/2 hours late due to being given the wrong location of our town. Who knew that there were 3 towns in PA with the same name. Once they arrived they were very respectful, polite and ready to do the job. They sectioned off work area with plastic in order to keep the dirt and dust from the rest of the house. They did their job and cleaned up well. They showed us how it would work when they were done. We feel they did a good job at what was needed. We would hire them again if needed.

"I called Brett Smith the owner of Smitty's Roofing and General Contracting for an estimate to shingle my family's roof and provide vinyl siding.  He scheduled a time to come over and give me a free estimate that accommodated my very busy schedule.  Within 20 minutes he had everything measured and wrote down to give me an idea of what material and labor would cost me.  I reviewed it all and called him back asking when he could get started.  Brett told me of his availability which was within a two week time frame.  All material was delivered prior to his arrival.  Brett estimated 3 days worth of labor to have my roof and siding completed and his timing was dead on.  I was beyond pleased with the results."
