after the shower was installed, it leaked at the glass seam in one corner. I discovered this in May 2013 when I moved in. It is only a 32 inch semi circle stall, so it is very small. I have had to stand in the opposite corner and direct the water in one direction only. Luke could not correct the leak after re-caulking several times.

He also installed a stone and brick patio. he did not route the rain downspout out from underneath the foundation, but ended it mid surface underneath and at the first rainfall in flooded. all of the sand washed out through the opening and the bricks collapsed. he came the next day and covered the surface with a tarp and never came back. I couldn't contact him by phone because his voice mail was full for a month. He would never answer the call directly.  I text messaged him and he initially made me believe that he would come back, but then stopped responding to texts. He first hurt his back, then his knee, then he had two funerals. The shower has leaked for four months and the deck collapsed a month ago. I tried filing a claim with his insurance company but his insurance does not cover poor workmanship, so I now have to go to the police to file a theft of service and then to the magistrate.
