He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. "I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"Original date to start job was 11/13/24. 11/20/24 I texted and asked what happened. He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. I asked him when he would remove the boulder. He had to get back to me. 2/21/25 Dominic said he would come the first week in March 2025 to remove the boulder. I contacted Dominic again via text on 4/1/25, got a message on 4/2/25 that Dominic would come next week to remove the boulder. Got a message 4/10/25 that Dominic would come the following week to remove. At some point after this, when it was not done, I spoke with Dominic, and he proceeded to talk over me and said he was not going to remove the boulder."
