"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way. It's a rare gem when you find a company that meets or exceeds expectations. Next up for them? The White House lawn."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."
