Even though it isn't something that they'd normally do, they recognized that they could take a grass that is not their proprietary product, however using their proprietary expertise, and make chicken salad out of chicken s#*t! After reaching out to FL after a terrible grass install as indicated above, the owner Jim reached back to me the next day and said he'd have their project manager stop by to have a look. Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way. "I paid $5,500 to repair my chimney problems. The work has not been completed, and the work so far has been appalling! I paid cash, and I am a senior. The manager I dealt with lied to me. I had an appointment for over a week. She called me yesterday morning the day the tech was to arrive and said I needed to speak to him. Arsly told me he could not come until next Monday. I gave them the chance to make this right and they have not. I asked if the techs had green cards. English was not great AND, I demand to see their credentials! What chimney master drills into a solid fire brick to install a damper wire. It was so tight I could not move it so a friend had to move it for me. I still have smoke in my basement which was supposed to be rectified as well! The techs left large metal parts and trash all over my yard. I have filed charges with the Attorney General of PA and the PA State Police for theft! I am a senior, this is illegal!"

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing.
