"A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. "Frank SanPietro was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and was careful to make sure that he and his crew did a great job. They replaced My entire double width concrete driveway. They installed and raised the steel reinforcement fencing into the middle of the concrete to make sure that the finished concrete driveway was strong. The preparation and finishing of the concrete was exactly as he stated it would be completed. He delayed concrete pouring for expected rain and freezing temperatures, as he should. I fully recommend SanPietro Concrete Construction Company."

"Sean’s team of two the day of the project was very diligent and seemed to know exactly what they were doing, which was installing 200a service, new service breaker box/circuits, whole house surge protector, and generator quick connect w/lockout kit. Started in earnest about 11a, they cut power and worked well into the evening/dark to finish same day. It was a big job because I have a 200 yr old house with 24-36” width sandstone basement wall so drilling through esp when needing to run conduit, can be tedious. They did this job June 2025 and now I can hook my new portable generator up to power my whole house, apart from the central a/c. Peace of mind. Definitely would recommend Sean’s Electric. Was a good value and the guys he has know their stuff and will get it done. The one younger guy did come back few days later on a Saturday to finish the generator hookup piece, but that wasn’t too long."
