Daily Home Solutions was prompt, efficient, and communicative. I scheduled an appointment and had my dryer serviced within a couple hours. Great experience!

Eddie was quick, reliable, and very professional. He was able to help me out same day. He was informative and really explained things well. He even checked back in two weeks after repairs were made to ensure my ice maker was working well and I was happy with the service provided.

Be careful when choosing a service company. There are many scammers that come out to your home but don’t actually repair anything then charge you money. Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I highly recommend this young man. He has become my go-to guy for any appliance repair.

I recently had Daily Home Solutions repair my dryer, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. From start to finish, Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Not only did he get the job done right, but he also went above and beyond by pointing out potential issues I might face in the future and providing me with steps to prevent them. What really impressed me was how Eddie tackled a job that another company said was "unfixable." That company seemed more interested in collecting their service fee than actually solving the problem. Eddie, on the other hand, showed up ready to help and proved that the dryer could, in fact, be repaired. His expertise and honesty were truly refreshing. Eddie reached out to me after I opened the project to reapir an old Samsung range. He was available the next day, I filled out the information on his website and he broought the parts with him and repaired our oven promptly. Very professional and we had a pleasant experience.

9/9/2024 Eddie from Daily Home Solutions arrived at my house promptly and he called me to say he was on his way. He was very professional and very pleasant to talk to and he explained things precisely and to where I understood.

Saying that he's fast is an understatement. Fast, efficient, professional, personable, knowledgeable, etc., all apply. Great price and great service!

His business card provides the name ‘Fast Eddie’, but he is more than ‘fast’. I think that he is the best Bosch appliance repairman that I have ever dealt with. I called, out of the blue, and described my problem with our Bosch SHE55 dish washer. The door handle had broken and I thought that I could buy a new plastic control panel cover and install a new door latch, thinking that it had hung up and caused us to exert more pulling than the plastic panel would take. I had bought the parts at Ross Appliance and had done my best to get them installed correctly. But, to no avail, there were several problems with my installation, including my lack of understanding of the impact of the ‘child lock’ on the washer’s wash cycle. Finally, in frustration I called Daily Home Solutions and got Fast Eddie, I explained my problem, he quoted me a fixed price and told me he could be at my home in an hour. He showed up, as promised, and proceeded to work systematically through the series of, unknown to me, problems that were embedded in my attempt at the repair, eliminating each one as it appeared in his diagnostic repair sequence. This man knows Bosch dish washers very well, has a systematic approach to finding and solving their operational problems, has the patience and concentration to stick with the problem search until all have been revealed and attended to. Eddie was FAST as his business card states, and he was awesome! He diagnosed the problem in no time and he was back the next day with the parts to fix it. Our oven now has longer life and Eddie saved us more than $1,000 in not having to buy a new oven. Eddie and Daily Home Solutions were great, and we will call them any time we have an appliance to fix! Plus, Daily Home Solutions provides a one-year warranty for any further needed repairs!

Eddie does excellent work and is very professional and friendly. Our fridge needed a water line hooked up and he took our original plan and improved on it making the hookup take up less spaceand utilized our home layout in a way we hadn’t considered. Job took considerably less time than we expected as well and was fairly priced. We were lucky to come across him in our search for an appliance tech and already have him lined up for other work as well.

The most professional person came to my home. Knew what needed to be done and fixed my appliance. Cleaned up after and asked if I was satisfied. I put his company on our neighborhood list. The list asked who did a job and recommended him. He will be the only one I call for other maintenance in my home.
