"Mark is great to work with ! He came out quickly to do an estimate and carefully listened to all of the work we wanted done. The work was performed within a couple of weeks, every last item, done to perfection. Hence the name of the company "Precision".
Communication was excellent. Mark returns phone calls and emails right away. He gave us a "heads up" a couple of days before the work began. Overall, a very nice experience. We are probably going to have our siding replaced and will call Mark for that.
I can highly recommend Precision #1 without reservation.

Mildew grows into porous wood, making it more difficult to remove than regular dirt (and more destructive). Apply a dose of the fungicide to the siding and leave to work according to the instructions, usually for an hour or two. Then wash it thoroughly away and scrub the spot again.
