"Cynthia’s team was great! I work out of state and my home was closed up for 5 months. I am on my way out of town again so I didn’t have time to clean myself. I decided to hire a cleaning service so I could get other things done. Her team was very thorough. Dust had built up and my floors were gross needless to say. This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!
