"Exceptional! About two weeks ago Elaine came over to assess the work needed. Today was the first time the crew came to work and they worked hard. 3 people, 5 hours, no little task. They did Windows, blinds, fans, floors, cupboards - fridge - stove inside and out... you name it!! Responsive, friendly, great open communication.
