I recently purchased a 150 year old home in Pittsburgh, which means I've had to deal with plumbers, roofers, and all sorts of contractors. When it came time to do the floors, Marino Flooring stood out as the most professional, high quality and reasonably priced of all the companies I've dealt with since buying the home. His expertise and responsiveness was one of the first green flags I encountered. Throughout the job he was very clear about expectations and treated my home as if it was his own. After the job, I couldn't be happier. Andrei and his team truly stand out. Simply put: if you are doing any kind of flooring in the Pittsburgh area, go with Marino Flooring. Update: I recently had an HVAC contractor come out last week. As he was leaving he said "whoever did your floors did them right!"

I called several companies and andrei was the only one that responded and I am very glad he did, excellent work, took his time with us in selecting the product. went over and above with the install, did extra things that was not asked of him. Andrei and his team are definitely worth calling snd i will definitely use again when i have my other floors done

Andrei was great! He kept his word and called when he said he would. He showed up on time to the appt and did a terrific job. I was very concerned about my plants and the dust when he sanded so he covered all my plants for the sanding process. I got another quote that was double his AND the person never showed for the appt to assess the job. Andrei is responsible, reliable, does great work and the final results are beautiful. I would hire this guy again in a heartbeat.

Andrei did an excellent job. He repaired and refinished our old hardwood floors. We are so pleased with the results. He was willing and able to get every detail exactly right. He spec the highest materials and finishes in the market. I had tons of questions and he answered everything and was transparent through the whole process. Plus he was able to get the job done a whole day early!

Andrei is amazing! We would Highly recommend him!! We have Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors and asked him to change the color to a whitewash looking gray. They turned out fabulous We asked Andrei if he could refinish our staircase in our foyer as well. He did a amazing job, plus he was able to install new wrought iron balusters. Then finally installed new baseboards throughout our house. Very trust worthy and his quality of work was excellent! His pricing was a little more than the others but we felt after meeting with him that he was going to do the best job plus could handle our entire project.

Andrei is such a wonderful person. Very knowledgeable about types of wood, age, and process of prepping wood. He clearly explained everything he would do. The final product is beautiful. Cleanup was thorough and place was left immaculate.

Andree did amazing work refinishing oak floors that had animal stains. They look brand new in a 100 year old home. We also had laminate floors installed in some bedrooms where the flooring was too far gone to refinish. With the products chosen, after installing its seamless. If not for the transition trim in the doorways you wouldn t be able to tell it s different flooring. Highly recommended

Andrei is amazing! Highly recommend!! Of course I needed my floors redone right after COVID restriction was lifted. He was only one of 2 companies out of 8 who even returned my inquiryl. I m so glad I went with Marino Flooring! He answered all my questions, excellent customer service, very reasonably priced, and we love the dust free work he did! We had Marino Flooring out to do our dining room, living room and steps. They did a fantastic job and Andrei was always available to answer any questions. Professional and hardworking! Completely recommended them!

Prior to consulting with Andrei (Marino Flooring) to resurface our hardwood floor, I had other consultations with two more companies/contractors. During the first meeting with Marino Flooring I was immediately impressed by Andrei's professional attitude and kind availability to answer all the questions I had. In addition, he was the only one, among the three I consulted with, to make certain recommendations that turned out extremely useful later. He was also willing to resurface the hand railings and the stair steps, something that only one of the two other companies was willing to do (it's very elaborate and time consuming to dismantle the railings, remove each baluster to resurface and stain in between, and rebuild it afterward). Thus, it was easy to hire him for the job. And I was not wrong! In fact, from day 0 (meaning, prior to starting) Andrei was always available and came to the house two times to paint some color samples on the floor. Even when, the same day he was going to start working/painting, we told him that we were still undecided and that we would have liked to look at an additional paint/color, Andrei kindly prepared the floor for the additional sampling. Throughout the work, it was also very easy to communicate with him. He always answered any questions by immediately replying to my txt messages. Two cherries on the cake: 1) the floors and the stairs came out simply beautiful. We are extremely satisfied with the results; 2) his pricing was competitive. Highly recommended (and a friend of mine has already hire him!).
