Expensive, we’re able to complete the job, but grout line spacing was inconsistent.

We had a flight of stairs refinished as they were in rough shape and previously carpeted. Within a week of my sending a query and talking with Alzira, the project was complete! The worker who came out did an excellent job. He prepped/ sanded the stairs, attached new pine risers over the existing ones, stained the treads, painted the stringers, and sealed the treads with polyurethane. He even repaired some of our flooring transitions that were loose for a small fee.

Fantastic job! Alex is great with communicating with you. Very hard to find in a contractor. Came in and replaced the grout in the kitchen floor. Floor looks brand new. Setup and cleanup was great. Highly recommend. Will be using again.

Fantastic work! I was amazed how quickly and efficiently Alex and his crew started the job and got it done. We hired them to remove and replace select tiles in our shower stall and regrout the entire stall. They did a great job and were very professional, nice, and fair throughout the process. Highly recommend.

This passed sat. I had Alex floors and more put in a new waterproof vinyl laminate in the bathroom. Plus install crown molding and new baseboard. Came in put covers up and steps and hallway. Very neat from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent Alex's guys where in and out in an hour and a half and did a beautiful job. Details and cuts are perfect, seems are perfect. The guys where very courteous and professional also. I highly recommend him.

They responded promptly with a bud and then scheduled the job in a reasonable time. The work was completed on schedule and without incident. They cleaned up the work site and the job was excellent.

Alex is great! Very responsive and well communicated. We had a basement casement window handles broken. They are in old style. Alex came twice checked the handle type and do the replacement. Quality work! Would like to hire him again.

Friendly and knowledgeable craftsman understood exactly what we needed. Picked up flooring product quickly and the installation was perfect! This new flooring transformed the whole room. Excellent work. Highly recommend!

I would say that it was fairly good. The best thing about them is that they showed up and got it done. The communication was good and responsive.
