He came within a reasonable time frame to bid this smallish project and took the time to explain what was causing our yard to be soggy and exactly what needed done to fix the problem. Since this was a smaller project he was able to squeeze this in relatively quickly. We had no issues with work performed as you couldn’t barely tell where he ran the drain pipe as he peeled and relaid the sod back into place. He also went above and beyond with his work and you can see the pride and honesty when he and he crew are done. I would highly recommend using his services for any of your needs. We are already planning our next project to use his services!"

"I hired Zach to install a french drain, to plant some trees, and to install a rock bed at the edge of my property. Zach and crew were very timely and pleasant, and the price was right. But after completion i noticed some minor property damage, and some minor issues with the quality of work and cleanup. I'm a reasonable guy and sent Zach a text letting him know my thoughts, hoping to have a direct convo about it. However, I have not heard back from him at all. Hate to not leave 5 stars, but a little extra customer service would have gone a long way here. Here is that text: Hey Zach, just completed the final invoice. Apologies it took me a few days, we were camping with no cell service until yesterday. I wanted to let you know since i believe in constructive feedback, I'm not happy with some of the work done. My fence post was ran into and dented. I'll try to use a crowbar to repair but if that does not work i'll have to order a replacement & install. A bunch of the trees are planted at a pretty strong 30 degree angle instead of being upright. I'll straighten these out. There are still lots of big rocks in the lawn where the rock pile was. I'll take 30 minutes to clean it up. I know it rained heavily after the fresh soil / seed was planted, but some straw would have gone a long way to keep it in place. I'll have to re rake and seed and straw everything. Some of these are small things, but they leave a bad impression, and I wish your team would have just been upfront with me about the bent fence post."

John was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the process, what materials needed to be used, etc. he was able to come out quickly for an estimate and started the work right away. Unless the weather was bad, John was there everyday until the job was finished. He provided information on the best pavers to use, we went over design and colors. When the vendor didn’t have the exact colors I wanted originally, he gave me suggestions on what to get instead. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use this contractor again."

They started and completed the work the very next week.  We had a landscape timber wall that collapsed.  They removed the timbers and graded the hillside so that we didn't have to replace the wall.  We also had a stone wall that was ready to collapse and they dismantled it and then rebuilt it. I would not hesitate to contact them for future projects.
