"Integrous did an incredible back deck and pergula in a timely and efficient manner. Would definitely recommend and use them again. A year after, I had some damage on a railing (that I caused). Their sales representative Joe came by at 7am and swapped out the piece out at no cost. This company goes above and beyond. Would strongly suggest working with them."

Our company specializes in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems for owners of existing homes and buildings just like yours. We take special pride in the craftsmen we educate and employ--a fact you'll notice immediately in the attitude and integrity they bring to your job site. Our entire company works hard to make your experience with us hassle-free and enjoyable. Should we make a mistake, we will do everything in our power to correct it to your satisfaction.

"I do not like to leave negative reviews and the company did a good job converting us from propane to NLG. Yet, I strongly recommend not to hire them for any plumbing work. It also seems they do not need the work so they can allow themselves to be arrogant. We hired them to remove a sink waste disposal system and clean out a drain clog. It took them all day to remove the waste disposal and put in a new sink drain and they had to come back the next day to complete the job. They quoted a price to clean out the drain clog but told us they could only do the work 2 weeks from the quote date. They expected us to remain without a working kitchen sink for 2 weeks. We decided to hire Done Right and the did a good job. Now, 5 months after Maichle put in a new sink drain it started to leak. But they refuse to fix their faulty work on the basis that another firm removed the drain clog. I find it outrageous that they expected us to wait for 2 weeks without a working kitchen sink for them to do the work they quoted. I will never ask them for anything again. But from what I gather they do not care. They seem to have enough work. Good for them."

R. Chobert Decorating Co. is a family operation Founded in 1967 and servicing the painting and decorating needs of the center city business and residential community. We still do most of the company business in center city Philadelphia., however we have serviced clients as far away as Norfolk VA Atlantic City NJ or Oyster Bay NY.We are of course fully licensed and insured and are experrienced in every phase of the painting and decorating industry. We are particularly proud of the fact that our sons, the second generation, have taken over the business and continue in the tradition of providing fine quality and excellant service. We are very pleased that our fellow contractors have chosen Michael to preside over this years convention of the Middle Atlantic Conference of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. Award winning. Additional DBA - R Chobert Painting

"Mr. Chobert came and gave us an estimate of around $3000. We told him that he could do it at slow season and that all the walls were being done in one color. The man who came with a crew of about six, was NOT the same person who gave the estimate and this man disregarded everything we had spoken about including the price, which was now $6000. He was arrogant, gave us no bill and demanded payment on the spot. They ruined my bathtub rinsing out their buckets and I am still find paint where I never expected to. Cleaning the other day, I found my ruined drape tucked so I'd never find it. I told them and they never responded."

"We hired Standard Fence to replace an existing chain link with a 4ft wood privacy fence. Quoted as a two day job. At the end of day one the old fence is down and about 60% of the new fence is installed, at 6ft height. Wife and I discussed and decided we were okay with not having them redo the completed work and adjusted to 6ft final product. I should have insisted on it being redone as this was the first of multiple cut corners. I did however raise concerns about the old chain link fence posts that were removed as there was still a fair amount of metal protruding from the ground. I was told they would grind them down to the concrete and fill back dirt. Not ideal but I gather this is the new industry standard instead of full removal... fine, if completed as stated. Day 2 work completed after no more than 3 hours, I return later that evening (after spouse paid...) to find that only one of the posts was actually ground down to the concrete as that concrete was slightly above dirt level to begin with. 4 others, included one perfectly in the middle of the primary gate, are now semi-sharp metal at no better than dirt level with the rest being higher. A tuft of grass was laid on top of the metal in the gate opening to hide it from sight. Contractor contacted by email and replied "I only could grind down so far. The dirt was binding up the grinder." No further explanation of why it wasn't possible to dig said dirt out of the way and complete the job as stated. No real attempt was made to clean up afterwards. I collected two sizable piles of scrap metal and post caps in the span of a 10 minute walk around my yard and my neighbors. This was also mentioned to the contractor with the response "I am sorry about the few fittings left around. I genuinely didn't see them." This is simply put a bold faced lie considering some of the post caps were tossed under a shed where they could not have just fallen on their own and being the size of a tennis ball are essentially impossible to miss in a brief walkaround. 6 weeks after installation the hits keep coming as the hardware used for the main gate was insufficient, or poorly installed, and the gate is already sagging with some of the screws used beginning to come lose and others having cracked the wood with how close to the edge they were installed. A second smaller gate is also sagging such that opening and latching both are a hassle. Each will require me to either install completely new hardware or make adjustments to keep them in working order before the season is out. I could continue with more details about nail points in the gate that were brought to the contractors attention not having been ground down and other hardware issues such as not even bothering to install any sort of handles or pulls. If you need a brand new fence, I believe they are capable of doing a nice job. I however didn't get such service and would advise a watchful eye throughout the job and a close inspection prior to remitting final payment. If you need a fence replaced make sure you know what their full intentions for removal are an again inspect on 'completion.'"

Wrought Iron questions, answered by experts

When looking at natural wood fences, you have several options other than cedar, namely: pine and redwood. Compared to cedar, redwood fencing has a deeper, red-brown color, better durability, and a higher price tag. Pine, on the other hand, is one of the most affordable types of wood for fences, but it requires the most maintenance out of the three and has the shortest lifespan.

Generally, the height of your dog fence should be 3 times the distance from the ground to your dog’s shoulder. For most small breeds, a 4-foot high fence will be more than enough to keep them from jumping out. Medium-sized breeds like Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and German Shepherds will need at least a 5-6 foot fence to stay contained. Large breeds that are also excellent jumpers, such as Greyhounds, may need a 7-foot high fence.

A wrought iron fence costs about $3,150 on average. The price can range from as low as $470 to as high as $10,310 or more. The cost to install a wrought iron fence can vary dramatically depending on the size (in terms of height and linear feet), design complexity, shape, and add-ons such as gates and decorative flourishes. Consult a wrought iron fence professional with the measurements and specifications of your project to determine an accurate estimate.

Installation typically takes 2-5 days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Mesh and tempered glass are both very safe pool fencing options because they’re difficult to climb. You might also want to consider installing a pool safety net, and always make sure your pool is maintained properly. You could even consider a swimming pool enclosure that surrounds the pool on all sides.
