Royal Cleaning

Great, thorough, and quick job.

They have been working for me for about a year. I have spoken to Michael, the owner many times and he is very nice but nothing ever changes. If you want someone who will clean under the cushions of your sofa, dust the fireplace screen, clean the floors properly and recycle, then don't hire these people. They haven't got a clue. Their standards are very low compared to mine. They don't seem to understand basic hygiene. They frequently skip the mudroom area near my back door, although this was an agreed upon inclusion. Each week they throw their garbage into my recycling bin outside the back door even though I have mentioned it to them a million times. They send different people every week. Because they were never properly trained, they do stupid things like put the sheets on the bed much shorter on one side than the other, or taking the sheets off one bed and putting them on another one. I have repeatedly asked that they use Soft Scrub in the bathroom but obviously one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, because nobody ever remembers to tell the new person to do that. And of course, the new one is always assigned the most difficult jobs such as cleaning the bathroom, while the other one talks on the phone. They seem to be using my house as the place to train the new people. Many of them appear to not speak any English whatsoever, which makes basic communication difficult. Usually one of them has some English, but try to talk to them about something and they play dumb. They bring their own equipment and cheap, smelly cleaning products that I am allergic to. I have asked them to use my products instead but they keep forgetting. Will not use them again. I've had enough.

Well. two women spent four hours each and did a good job, finishing ahead of time. Did the windows too. Punctual and pleasant.

Despite not speaking English so we could easily communicate, the young woman did a superb job. Initially I wasn't sure whether there'd be one or two people, but she did an excellent job all on her own, and I plan to hire again.

Michael is an absolute pleasure to work with. If he isn't picking up the phone, he returns calls within moments. The three women who came were lovely, and did a wonderful job. I just called to hire them again, and plan on doing so on a regular basis.

Ok my bathrooms were cleaned very well as well as the rest.

Efficient, great work on a disaster. Prompt. Would hire again and have already recommended the service to others in the area. Very pleased.

first there was a big language barrier. i just threw up my hands thank God i know a bit of Spanish if not i would have had a issue. The worst thing of all is they broke one of my shelves in a $10k thermdor refrigerator then left it form me to deal with it.

Great - this is our second time using them. Will definitely use again in the future if needed.

Went OK. They were a little late and I had to call them to make sure they were showing up. Cleaning was thorough but slow. Would hire again but would ask for faster service.

Very well. We used Royal for a deep cleaning when we moved into our home and again for a whole house cleaning. They were punctual, thorough, and professional. Would recommend highly.

They did a good job. It was really weird, when we tried to pay them they didn't want to be paid as Royal Cleaning. They cleaned the house. I didn't know how long it was going to take. They were there from 8:00 to 3:30. At 3:30 I told them they had to go because I couldn't stay there all day. And then they had someone come and I was going to pay them and they wanted me to pay them under a different name. That was the last time I used them. They did a good job cleaning.

I think it went pretty well, my wife was the one who did it so the house is clean.
