The townhouse roof looks great from the outside. I was pleased with his reasonable quote. Time will tell with future rain storms just how well the roof was installed. I was not completely happy with the way the work crew prepared my home against the falling old roofing materials. There was some minor damage from the material falling onto an iron handrail. It needs to be repainted. The contractor verbally agreed that he would take care of it in the near future.

No problems would definitely recommend.

I first met with Chase in January due to damages on my roof from wind storms. My insurance company would not cover the replacement. I told him I could not replace it until the end of April when I would have the money to do the job. He provided me with a quote which I felt was very reasonable and I accepted it. I put down a deposit. He sent someone to due temporary repairs on my roof to get through until April. In March I received a text from Chase asking me when I wanted the roof done. I said the end of April. In April I got the money needed to get the roof done. I texted Chase an asked if it could be done April 30. On April 30, his men came at 7am removed the old roof and replaced it with a new roof. They completed the job at 7pm. It was done in one day. It looks really great and it has a great warranty. Chase was a pleasure to work with, very reliable and honest. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a roof done right. Thank you Chase and thank you to the men who did the roofing and then cleaned up everything afterwards.

Very knowledgeable. Fought with the insurance company after we had damage from a hail storm to get us every last penny. Brand new roof was installed very quickly and looks great.

Had my roof replaced. I really liked that I spoke with the owner of the company directly instead of just some guy. He worked with my insurance so I didnâ t have to. Work was done in a timely manner. They left nothing to clean up. I called them again when my mothers roof needed to be repaired.

Most salesman make you feel uncomfortable. Chase made me feel at home. Project completed ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET!!! I could not be happier. Will recommend to family and friends.

Our roof was leaking, ultimate came out right away got the water remediation covered through my insurance so I didn't have to pay for mold clean up . I am so happy! We then proceeded to do a new roof with all new decking, fascia boards, fascia capping, new soffit and gutters. I am just so happy, my house was in disarray before I met Chase I will always call ultimate for all my needs.

Chase Collins did not do what he said, took money for things I did, harassed me and I had to call police on him. Rude and unethical. Very unprofessional. Ripped off my insurance company and scams off home advisor. He deleted my negative review. Should not be listed on home advisor.

Not trustworthy! Stay far away. They took our deposit and were supposed to come back in 2 weeks. They came back 5 months later. Do not use!
