Black Lock LLCI called and spoke to Wayne at approximately 8:15-9:30. By 10:30, Wayne had arrived and before 11, he had not only opened the door that was locked, but fixed each of the keys to fit the lock properly! He was pleasant, prompt and professional, and I would definitely use them again.
They completed the job in a timely manner, they returned when they said they would return. Within a month there was a problem with the door because it gets constant use. I phoned them and they came out right away. They have returned twice WITHOUT BEING CALLED to complete repair on the door.
