A total experience from h*** right from day one.  After three weeks, our bathroom is an empty shell; no shower, sink, flooring, wall covering, etc.  We have a commode, so I assume Lowes feels we should be grateful for that. Contractors  have been great, but Lowes themselves have been inept, unprofessional,  and rude.  Called Lowes corporate three times and have ask for our money to be returned.  We have dealt with employees who know nothing.  As a disabled Vietnam Vet my husband receives 10% off purchases at Lowes; the designer did NOT know when she was checking us out, 10% did not include the contractors and their work.  Why as an employee was she not aware of this?  She needed to ask another employee why the total deduction was not correct..  We, of course, could not have known that information, and we feel totally ripped off.  The designer ordered incorrect items, telephoned and was rude, and offered NO apology.  The store manager and assistant manager were equally rude, trying to turn this whole horrid experience around to us.  When I informed the assistant manager I had contacted corporate, he informed me not to bother doing so again, as I would only get him yet again.  I, of course, immediately called corporate again and told them of our conversation and of his tone. When we would ask questions as to the reason such an inept and unprofessional employee such as their designer is permitted to remain employed, we are given no answers, just one pathetic excuse after another.  Lowes has now picked up all the items we ordered and paid for which have been stored in our garage since Sept. l.   Work on our bathroom was to begin at that point; again the designer got it all wrong; work didn't begin until Oct. 4. As of today, we have NO bathroom.  We have been forced to begin yet again with another company.  This is a TOTAL nightmare for us, and Lowes could NOT care less about any of it.  We were told by corporate we would have our money returned; it remains to be seen just how much of our money we will see.  

The two installers were friendly, excellent, and they also noticed the sink was backed up as well and fixed it too! Lowe's had also called twice to check up on them. They did the work very cheerfully.

They did a nice job of the installation. The installer was also nice and polite.

From start to finish a VERY PROFESSIONAL job.   First we were concerned about using Lowes.  Wanted to go to a private contractor that does only fencing.  But just went to Lowes for more of a price second quote.   Decided to go with them because of the fine rep. we had.  Very happy with everything Lowes did as well as their contracted out installers.   Will certainly use them again...

I've used them many times. They have great customer service and I would use them again. They were knowledgeable about what kind of door I wanted. I will absolutely use them again.

My experience with Lowe's was good. I go there often. Sometimes, if it's busy, you have to wait for them to get to you. But other than that, they're pretty good. I've never had any problems with things I bought there.

It was very expensive. That is an objection. But, their service is impeccable. If I have a complaint, I have someone to go to. Unfortunately, the services are higher than an independent.

They were prompt.  Their estimate was quite a bit more than the other estimate that we got.  They quoted about $1000 more than the other company.  They were exactly on time.

The people who installed the doors from Lowe's were very good. Everything works fine. The process was fine and there were no problems. They were on time and professional.

I like Lowe's the best out of all the bib box hardware stores; they are very nice.  I will continue to shop at Lowe's.

We were supposed to have it in 1 week, but it took three weeks for them to bring it. The first day that they were supposed to come out they did not show up at all. The next day they did not show up until late. The delivery man unloaded it onto the road and it fell of onto the road damaging it. He refused to take it out of the box. We had to take it out while he was standing there, to prove that it was damaged. not only was it damaged, but it was also not the one that we ordered. We called them to get the new one. they said it would take three weeks to get one out. Also they said they would not take back the dishwasher they delivered and would pick it up when they brought the new one. At this point I told them that I did not want the dishwasher and for them to take it back which they did. We have since received the bill and they are still trying to charge us for the warranty on a dishwasher that we do not own and also trying to make us pay 20% interest for one month when we didn't even have the dishwasher.

They've been good so far. They've come out and taken measurements. They showed up when they said they were going to. I would call them again.

THE APPLIANCES WERE REASONABLY PRICED AND WERE DELIVERED PROMPTLY. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE PLEASANT.

GEORGE FROM LOWE'S WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE WAS ON TIME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE ACTUALLY HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE MEASUREMENTS WERE SLIGHTLY OFF AND SOME ADDITIONAL MOLDINGS HAD TO BE INSTALLED. VERY NEAT. GREAT JOB DONE.
