Flawlessly. Professional, efficient & friendly. Doesn't get any better. Also looked at other opener, & we decided it wouldn't need replacing in spite of having to stop manually. Returned my call in the late afternoon, came the next day & finished quickly.

Called the office to get an estimate and the woman was very pleasant and helpful (unlike the other Giel we contacted). She put us on the schedule immediately. Dave arrived when scheduled and was very nice to work with and very efficient. He even swept my garage floor before he left! He explained everything about what he had done and answered questions. Fantastic service and would most definitely recommend to everyone!

Dave was very friendly. Knew exactly what was wrong with our garage door. He had the parts to repair it.

I gave Dave a call, explained what happened and he arrived quicker than expected. He made the repairs and got the door working again. They called and said they would be there between 9:00 and 9:30. They arrived promptly at 9:00. I met them and asked if they needed to clear any other part of the garage. They told me what the needed and I took care of it. I asked if they needed anything else and they said "not unless you want to help". I said they were the experts and I will get out of their way. After they were done they called me down and explained the new keypad and showed me how to program it. Great guys. I would definitely recommend David Giel Garage Doors. Great work and they cleaned up after themselves very well. I wish I could have gotten them to clean out the entire garage. Loved these guys.

I originally purchased my insulated garage door from David P Giel Garage Doors many years ago, had them install it along with a new opener and was happy with the price, service and quality. Unfortunately the door panels sustained damage and now that I'm selling the property, the damage was very noticeable and not making a good impression on potential buyers. I contacted Joyce at David P Giel Garage Doors, who pulled up my original order (from 9 years ago!), provided a quote then ordered the replacement panels promptly. When I called to check on the order a week later and explained I had an open house scheduled for the upcoming Sunday, Joyce personally drove to pick up the panels and ensured Dave could install them Saturday morning. I was thrilled. I met Dave at the property, but I had to leave to pick up some supplies. When I returned about an hour later, he had the new panels installed, complete with nice, new sealant. It looked beautiful. But he didn't stop there. He also identified a broken bracket on the inside, which he replaced. He also discovered the (somewhat) decorative handle on the front of the door was cracked on the inside and recommended a different solution which gave the exterior of the garage a cleaner look. We put the garage door down and it looked beautiful! But that's not all - Dave also noticed the keypad for the opener was missing the battery cover, so he provided a new one because he was concerned this may distract a potential buyer. He also noticed the safety "eye" was missing a screw which holds it in the correct location at the bottom of the doorway. He replaced this, as well as one of the light bulbs in the opener which I hadn't noticed was out. And lastly, he showed me how to reset the code on the garage door and did it for me. All these extras were at no extra charge - they just go above and beyond on every job! I highly recommend them for all your garage door needs! You will not be disappointed!

The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. The new doors look great and are much quieter than our previous doors. We would hire them again for sure!

I would HIGHLY recommend Dave to anyone that needed garage door service. He was punctual courteous and a pleasure doing business with. I had Dave come out because my cables were all frayed and? my springs were over 16 years old. I also had issues with the garage door stopping midway through closing. He fixed all the issues I had, lubricated the entire garage door and checked over the door to make sure there were no other issues. he answered every question I had an even explained to me how I could go about cleaning and painting the garage door to make it look new. As a bonus he even threw in an extra garage door opener that he had lying around, I couldn't ask for anything more and all for more than a fair price. if I ever need service in the future I will definitely call Dave!

Called early on a Tuesday morning & explained my circumstances.  I was told I'd get a call-back later in the day after schedules became clearer.  I had expressed a preference for same or next-day service as I was going to leave the area in a few days.  Just as promised, I did receive a call & was told to expect service the following day.  Furthermore, I was told that the technician would call me upon leaving the previous job site & would provide an estimated ETA.  
The next day, earlier than estimated, I received the call from the technician who was on-the-way.  The only way to raise the door was from inside the garage so I needed that corrected.  The technician noticed that the antenna had been clipped, so he lengthened it & also changed the batteries in the remote transponders + the exterior keypad.  He also allowed me to re-program the keypad code.  Additionally, he gave it a general lubrication service & pointed out that the side mouldings ought to be replaced. Finally, he showed me what to do in the event of a power outage if I have to manually lift the door as this is the first time I've ever had a garage & garage door for my car.
Should my garage door have further problems, this will be the company I will summon.

He knows his business, does great work and he's very helpful with little things like the light bulb. He put the garage door in for us last October and he just came today to fix that bulb.

They were absolutely excellent. I would definitely use them again.
