The camera can only use wifi network, and they couldn't use Ethernet outlet above the garage installed by the builder. I wish they have told me they had to drill a hole on our brand new brick wall above the garage, and they actually couldn't get through the wall, so the drilling was totally unnecessary and waste of time. They ended up using the camera to cover the hole without giving me any solution to this damage. The camera didn't work before and after they left, and I had sent messages and called the company to get some answers. They finally told me I have to buy a wifi extender to get the camera to work five days later. I had to get the wifi extender, since we are stuck with this company for three years contract, and there is a damage on our brick wall covered by their camera. The camera finally worked. I didn't know they can just make some damages to your house and pretend there was nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to other people. They are not professional.

"He did not seem to be equipped with all of the tools; I did have to supply some of them. He did do a good job on installing the new toilets. He also gave a bid on replacing some flooring and replaced some smoke detectors. I did have an allotted time with the deal, he was done early. I feel that he could have at least walked around and checked additional things out. I just wish there was a little more initiative on his part. He was a good guy, good personality, competent, and cleaned up well."
