"They were punctual and polite. The security system was installed properly. The only problem is our camera installation. The camera can only use wifi network, and they couldn't use Ethernet outlet above the garage installed by the builder. I wish they have told me they had to drill a hole on our brand new brick wall above the garage, and they actually couldn't get through the wall, so the drilling was totally unnecessary and waste of time. They ended up using the camera to cover the hole without giving me any solution to this damage. The camera didn't work before and after they left, and I had sent messages and called the company to get some answers. They finally told me I have to buy a wifi extender to get the camera to work five days later. I had to get the wifi extender, since we are stuck with this company for three years contract, and there is a damage on our brick wall covered by their camera. The camera finally worked. I didn't know they can just make some damages to your house and pretend there was nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to other people. They are not professional.
"Installation was easy. Equipment looks and feels sturdy and durable. I purchased the indoor camera, sensors, motion sensor and doorbell camera. Doorbell has yet to be installed so cant review that yet, but all other items work great! Indoor camera viewing is easy with the app that also allows you to arm & disarm alarm. Learning how to use the system is easy, we relied on the video tutorials provided, but I know there is customer service. Thankfully we have not had an emergency, so yet to see the response, but so far I would definitely recommend!"
The technician arrived on time - was very personable & knowledgeable. He installed the sensors on the locations that we wanted and made sure we knew how the system worked before he left. "He did not seem to be equipped with all of the tools; I did have to supply some of them. He did do a good job on installing the new toilets. He also gave a bid on replacing some flooring and replaced some smoke detectors. I did have an allotted time with the deal, he was done early. I feel that he could have at least walked around and checked additional things out. I just wish there was a little more initiative on his part. He was a good guy, good personality, competent, and cleaned up well."
