Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "We moved into a new home with a deck that needed to be re-stained and sealed.  I researched several companies and chose Renew Crew of Pittsburgh North because I was intrigued by their unique process.  Dave came out to look at our deck and to explain what his crew would do.  He made a good impression and his proposal was competitive, so we contracted with Renew Crew.  Rich & Sean came out three weeks later to service our deck.  They were punctual, professional, courteous and respectful of our property--and they did a nice job.  The previous owners had used a semi-transparent stain on our deck but had use an opaque stain on the uprights.  Rich showed me samples of each stain they would be applying as the semi-transparent and the opaque would not match exactly.  I actually chose different colors for the deck and uprights, which made it necessary for Rich to come out a second time.  I appreciate his showing me the color difference between the two stains because it change what could have been a disappointment into a good outcome.  I appreciated his commitment to making it right for me.  I am happy with my deck and will call Renew Crew when it is time to stain my deck again.
