"This project was the complete remodel of a split entry, three-bedroom house (in various states of disrepair). I was given a thorough estimate, and we reviewed the work scope in great detail. Even when confronted with some unexpected issues (items that were not obvious until we begin the demo) midstream, they gave me complete Information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Their work is excellent, they are reliable and easy to communicate with, they are proud of what they do and want you to be happy with the results. My project included general construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assessment. I highly recommend Powerhouse and will continue to use them for my general contracting needs. "A pipe burst on our third floor. The water went downstairs thru the two lower levels and ruined the kitchen and bathroom and also caused a lot of damage in the laundry room. Anthony and Mark were polished and professional and gave us the kitchen and bathroom of our dreams. We were able to remain within budget, while choosing an updated look. Anthony and Mark were professional and have a great sense of humor. They did great work and we had a lot of laughs too. You will LOVE the work that they do and will end up calling them back for other projects!!"
