Their work was impeccable and I found them extremely helpful to make design and color choices. They painted my family room, foyer, living room, powder room, master bedroom, bonus room, and outdoor pergola and stairs. An extra bonus that I didn?t expect was that their services extend well beyond painting. They installed ceiling beams, did custom trim work, dry walled an unfinished room over my garage, and installed an accent wallpaper wall. All work was done to perfection. Beyond the quality, the way they partner with clients is exceptional. They communicate very proactively, are respectful of budgets, clean, and a pleasure to have in your home. They truly want their clients to be delighted and go above and beyond to ensure that. I have expanded my project several times because it is really unique to find people who are so dedicated. They slept paint on outlets door knobs window sills that another company had to clean or clear the paint so that I could open the windows lock doors and to use the outlets. They also recommended me to purchase an enormous amount of paint that I never used."

"We recently had a house fire. All the rooms had smoke damage. I heard about PPP from a fellow painter (job too big for him to meet timelines). I've had Eric, catelyn and Aaron (for one day) at my house for 2 weeks now. As a retired contractor and extremely concerned with quality and detail, I was amazed at their workmanship. Their attention to detail, quality and most importantly respect for my property was unsurpassed. They will finish Phase 1 this week and will be back after the renovations to the remainder of the downstairs is complete. Truely some of the best painters I've seen."

"Please see attached pictures of the work that was done. This has been the worst and most painful experience in my life ever. Mr. Gilberto Mora from Personal Painting is a one man business. He recently hired two inexperienced men to assist with minor details and not the actual paint or spackle job. Basically, they run back and forth to his truck to get supplies for him which is annoying because the door slams constantly and my AC is on. It took him over a month to do the job and he showed up a few hours at a time on four different occasions. He kept rescheduling me because he had bigger paying jobs than mine. He would show up at my house when it rained. He told me he could squeeze me in-between because he is presently painting the outside of homes and can’t paint them in the rain. Here are the end results of the nightmare. He failed to put on a second coat of paint as contracted in three rooms, failed to give me a receipt for services, failed to smooth out many imperfections from wet sanding, failed to paint my exterior door frame which I supplied him with the paint prior to and he has failed to return my paint. Also, he cleaned his paint supplies in my sink. I have a septic tank so this is never a good thing because the latex in the paint can cause serious damage which he was unaware of. I told him to clean his tools outside but he did not want to comply with my wish. Told me to get an engineer to check my tank out for damage in a smart- alec way. I have already paid him in full in cash for the services and he failed to complete the job and decided to stop responding to me via text which is his form of communication, I saved all of our texts though. He is a GOOD example of over promising and not delivering. Now I have to pay someone else to complete the POOR workmanship and the incomplete work. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs next. I am expecting a refund of my money and compensation for my Benjamin Moore paint that he stoled."
