Cherry Hill Home Remodeling

This project was a two part one. Part one to install a safety railing for a Shower. Part two was drywall repair caused by animal damage. Completed on time and done professional without issues.

First day great. Second day, job finished with unmatching shingles and without removing the old shingles from the premises. Now need to hire someone to come and remove the old shingles.

Showed up ontime, finished all three jobs in an hour, and did a great job.

Exterior painting project was completed within a tight schedule

Joey and his team have done a lot of work at our house and we are happy with all of it! He recently did a very large job for us where he screened in part of our deck, replaced all of the deck boards, re-sided the whole house, and replaced many of our oldest windows. We are very happy with the results and our house is totally transformed! You can tell he and his team really care about the work they do and making their customers happy. He is always very fair on pricing and stands by his work. I just had a small issue with a couple pieces of siding and he was here the next business day fixing everything at no charge. We are a Dixie House and always will be!

Dixie had completed a smaller exterior job for us and we were impressed with the efficiency and interest that the crew showed. They respected the property, were courteous, and respectful of our wishes. Based on that experience, we hired them for the basement renovation which was a big job. They created a recreational space where there was none. The crews were small, but they worked diligently and effectively. They did exactly what they promised on the estimate. I was impressed with the Joey's skill at all phases of construction including electric and lesser HVAC work (we didn't need major HVAC work). Again, they were very respectful of our home and responded positively to any concerns or questions that I raised, which were then addressed appropriately. The renovation took longer that we anticipated, but that was because I was unfamiliar with the scope of the work as it unfolded. The crew arrived every day, with the owner on the majority of days, and they were courteous and ready to work. If something was going to need a re-adjustment, the owner would talk to me about it, explain why it had to be done that way, before executing the work. If I had questions about a bill, he was ready, willing and able to talk to me about it so that we could make any necessary adjustments. Joey was very aware of the permit process, guided me through that, and was aware of codes in our state. When we didn't pass one building inspection they came back to meet the code standard without a charge (they never told us we had to do what they wanted in that instance), and we passed the next day with flying colors. In summary, I would use Dixie for a home remodeling project again, and I recommend this company to those considering one. A job well-done!

Posts were sanded down to remove loose and flaking paint. Repainted with top quality exterior paint.

Awesome. They do amazing work. Worked with me with my pain in the *** townships ridiculous timeline for obtaining a permit and still finished the job quicker than any other estimate I received. Would definitely hire again

As expected, Joey did not disappoint. He and Mike did a great job!

The door came out very good. The crew was understanding of our needs and took care of every aspect of the door. They even alerted us to possible termite activity. Joey and his crew are the best. Can’t wait to hire them for more projects.

Dixie THM removed two separate hallway doorways and made one large double-door entry into the bedroom. They did a great job at a reasonable price. The doors look perfect. A++

Old door was removed and the door entry was strengthened to handle the new stronger door. A plastic shield added on the bottom 1/3 of the door to guard against animal scratches..

Our 27 year old wood deck had seen its last days, Dixie Total Home Maintenance provided us with several options and price ranges, They removed all the deck surface lumber. Strengthen the wood frame where required. Upgraded the deck according to current deck building codes. Re-decked the surface lumber, added flashing where needed and a new deck railing system that will not warp over time. A completely new deck with additional strength that the elements or guests can't harm. Truly a work of art.

New tub faucet, water control value and shower head. First rate job, They made sure faucet, controls and shower head worked without leaks

A motion sensor light was installed with two light sources. One to light the porch completely and one to light two stairways to the driveway from the porch. An additional outdoor plug box was installed with safety cover.

The 50 year enclosure is gone and replaced with stronger materials and updates to electrical and building code standards. Ready for the 21st Century.. No more leaks or weak roof sections.

All items requested for repair have been completed. All work professionally handled. Crew gave status reviews as the work proceeded.

Dixie Total Home Maintenance had the old unit removed and a new unit replaced within 30 hours on short notice and need on our part, The crew was very professional and helpful. Built a bathroom and converted an unused room into a laundry room

Somebody backed their car into my street-side mailbox and broke the post beyond repair. Joey's guys came out, during the covid pandemic, and replaced the post. They did a great job and I would definetly hire Dixie THM again. Thanks Joey
