The garage included electric, cement, roofing, and custom shelves, all of which Bill and his team were able to provide. "We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

"Overall Jarren is a professional and I would recommend his work. But... I did have one major issue. The 2000 square ft, 8-in thick, concrete slab was poured on clean bluestone, 24" deep. He did not vibrate or compact the stone before pouring the concrete. I know because I was there watching them install. It was made very clear that it was very important to do that. We talked about it on several occasions and it must be done. I had asked him to do that and he said he would do that but he did not do that. I followed up with him on email about the issue but he has not yet responded. This was not a major expense to do, so I'm not clear why he would cut a corner on this part of the project that's so very important to do. Perhaps it was just an oversight?"
