Great experience, from initial estimate to job completion. Very thorough, keep the job site clean. Even with all the grinding, I could not find any signs of dust anywhere on either floor of the garage. The floor looks awesome.

Using diamond tip grinders they removed old epoxy coating on garage floor...Fixed cracks on the floor...applied a two stage sealer, two stage epoxy color ,professionally threw into the wet epoxy.... beautiful flakes with multiple colors....followed by a two stage epoxy clear....and completed the job by applying a two stage urethane, non-slip clear.... Platinum Epoxy did an outstanding job on my garage floor.... Jerry C

Initially, they didn't respond quickly to my request and I had to contact them a few more times. But other than that, they were great and more than expected. Not many words are necessary.

Robert is an obnoxious young man. They did a poor job that is now badly broken up. I called him when it first started to crumble and even sent him pictures. I assured him I was not looking to blame just needed to know how it could be fixed. He said it's not that bad, leave it alone fixing would probably make it look worse. They don't know what they are doing.. they did our double patio which had been carpeted. We don't think they got all the glue up before they laid their material. So now we have a patio that they charged us $4000 for that is now totally unusable

"Jim, I'm sorry you feel that way. This project was done over 3 years ago. We did go back to touch up some white grout lines... but this bad review is the first time I'm hearing you are dissatisfied and having problems with your patio since we last were there to touch up the grout lines. Concrete Overlays outdoors can fade or crack over time from weather and the concrete expanding and contracting. The completed basement floor looks almost too good to walk on. The basement walls were prepped and painted and look good too. The project took about 2 full days to complete and they were able to work around my schedule. The job creates a lot of dust and they tried their best to keep it under control and contained.

Response to a minor quality control issue was immediately addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. This did add some time to project completion; however, they put in some weekend time to finish the project as quickly as possible. Having painted this floor on two separate occasions myself, I must say that this procedure and coatings look great and should last for a very long time.

Job looks great when complete. A five star rating could be achieved, Seemed every day there was a delay and an excuse. Also, 100 lb bag of concrete dust (garbage after prep) could have been removed or brought to curb rather than left for me to struggle with. Timelines and clean-up notwithstanding - the finished product looks very nice!

All interactions with Platinum Epoxy were via email prior to the installation. Sent them a picture of the project and they provided a cost estimate. Project took about 7 hours to complete spread out over 2 days to allow time for drying. Very satisfied with their work.

This contractor was very unprofessional The two main things that he was concerned about was wheres the check and leaving.That must be why he left all his trash and got paint on my new garage door.

These 2 brothers are very professional and do very nice work. They scheduled and delivered our project very quickly after signing the contract. They put a textured, colored and carved concrete overlay with an epoxy coating on our front porch and sidewalk that looks beautiful. It was all done in 2 days. They are hard working and showed up exactly when planned. I would highly recommend them and would be happy to have them back for other jobs. It was just finished today and I'm hoping that it will last for many years. Amazingly they happily traveled to Upper Bucks county from Paoli.

I contacted Platinum Epoxy to get an estimate on my garage floor and was sold from the begining. Great Customer service and clear communication. I ended up going with the bigger crushed granite flake and could not be happier with the outcome. The process only took 2 days and came out awesome! They are flexible and do an awesome job. You can do it yourself cheaper, but you get what you paid for. Dont be cheap on something you use everyday. You can tell this floor will last a long time and I believe I made a great investment into my home and couldnt be happier. I definitely recommend them and their work speaks for itself! Thanks guys!
