"These guys are amazing!!!! I hired Old Skool HVAC to come look at my AC system that had failed a few days prior and was not generating any cold air. This is a second home and I was more than 1200 miles away so the visit and inspection had to be done "virtually". Frank came as indicated, after he completed a job in DE later than expected, and YET he still drove to my home late in the afternoon to honor his commitment. I had someone from another company (one that advertises a lot and is a huge company in the Delaware Valley) come out a few days earlier who told me my compressor was shot and would need a $4000 repair, if they could even find the part because the system was old. They also told me that replacing the whole system for $10K+ was the best way to go. That didn't fly with me so I called Old Skool for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a simple fix, one that the other company never even looked for, and now the AC is running perfectly!!!! Frank did this over the phone and was trustworthy, honest, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I would have him do all of my HVAC work in the future!!!!! I am so grateful to have met him and had this experience!!!!"

"Dave came Monday evaluated my system for repair. I ask for information to replace instead because of a prescient leak and possible over stressed system. Jerry came Tuesday. I decided to place with a 2 1/2 ton unit 3 ton to better fit home needs. I had an air cleaning unit added. I also had mini split unit installed in garage. The four man crew came Wednesday installed very thing plus cleaned the ductwork. I am very pleased. The compressor unit much quieter than the old, hardly hear it. By the way this is all done with the Coronavirus social distance thing. Very one did extremely well."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "The duct cleaning work was not directly done by signature guys as they dont do that kind of work. But it was nice of them to recommend to another person - John Bonella who did the work for us. Pretty good work -- on time, attention to detail and transparent in the cost estimates. Did quote me on the cost which includes all the vents of the home unlike others who charge based on number of vents etc.. Will recommend him."
