"This is the second time we have hired Groundworks (formerly Bakers Waterproofing) to perform work at our house. The first project was in 2017 when we had the waterproofing system installed. "Mr. Shaffer took care of the problem, which was a leak in the basement from a copper drainage pipe. He was here a few hours for this issue and needed some local supplies. I felt he was very fair with cost of the job. As he works as regular job as I do, you will need to be flexible as far as when he is able to do your project or may have other jobs ahead of yours. Would definitely utilize Mr. Shaffer again as I am sure other issues will come up with an older home."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"House was properly resupported and while digging for supports Gino noticed a larger water problem then originally thought. Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.
