From floor to ceiling their attention to detail blew us away. They help with deciding things from colors to crown modeling. They worked within our budget and even worked with the insurance company to adjust our claim when damages were found that were unseen when the original claim was submited. Cost effective quality work from a trustworkthy company is hard to find these days but this company is the real deal when it it comes to their work. They treated our house as if it was their own. Neglecting to repair or replace a sagging floor can expose you to the risk of injury and your home to serious structural damage. When sagging floors are caused by termites, water damage, or weak foundations, holding off on completing the work can lead to a more costly repair bill as the problem can worsen over time.

Carpenters are trained to take on a wide range of home projects. You can hire a carpenter to do framing, roofing, build custom furniture, and make significant upgrades to your home. General carpenters are usually able to handle most jobs. However, you may also choose to hire a carpenter who specializes in a specific type of carpentry. 

There are a few options if you miss a stud. You can simply patch the hole with spackle, sand it down, repaint it, and then find the stud—essentially starting over. If you don’t want to do that, you can insert one of the more robust drywall anchor options and hang your item on that, but that will only work if the drywall is in excellent condition and the anchor is rated for the weight of the item you’re hanging on it. You may be able to cover the hole with the object itself once it’s mounted, but it’s still recommended to at least fill the hole to protect insulation and prevent vermin from entering.
