John and his team were very professional, friendly and detailed. They gave us a good price for the carpet we selected and their installers did a quality job with the installation, cleaning up even the smallest rug fragments. We would give Mercer a very strong recommendation.

Very efficient team and I didn't feel pressured into making any purchases that I wasn't looking for. I plan on shopping for flooring with Mercer for all needs in the future.

Kaitlin was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Her customer service was top notch. The installers were professional, friendly and efficient. We did not have one issue with the whole process. I would recommend them to anybody and will use them for any future projects.

Everyone at Mercer Floors was wonderful. They completed our church building flooring installation professionally and they were all so pleasant! We love our new floor!

I hired Mercer to install wood floors and new baseboard on my first floor. The Work done was extremely sloppy. This was mainly on baseboards but there were also scratches and nicks put in the hardwood as well. No corners of the baseboard was finished. They pieced baseboards together in the middle of 4 walls where it s very visible. Nothing caulked properly but there were caulk drippings left on the walls and baseboard. New baseboards were ordered TWICE to replace the messed up ones and they were not used and no one will tell me why I had to wait 2 weeks for new boards to be ordered and all they did was sand down the messed up ones. I was at work so could not see what was happening. Also they marked up the walls and put dents in the walls high by the windows, my toilet and sink in my powder room had to be removed by THEIR PLUMBER so flooring could be put in, and the sink was not caulked back to the wall. I was told by Jim F , the owner and others that it is not the plumber s job to caulk. Seriously? What a lie!! He won t even pay or have someone come back out. Said he needs to see a quote first on the price. He is so rude. I also just noticed that different molding was used in my powder room on one wall and they did not even tell me. They cut corners and try to cover up their mistakes. Worst job ever. They will not respond to messages or calls. I was also having my house painted at the same time and 3 people at Mercer told me to get my painter to fix the mess they did. Jeff L the service manager, even asked me to send him my painter s price quote for painting. They just try to push their crap onto someone else. Horrible customer service and I also feel I over paid. My receipt did not break down what I paid for. No idea how much flooring cost per square foot and it did not say how many square feet either. Just a bottom line price. Also the plumber was included but no idea how much he cost. but after paying more than $10,600 total I should have a better job done.

The installers arrived on time and cleaned up once they were done.

I greatly appreciated that they held the store open after house when a problem arose so we could complete the project in a timely manner. They didn't leave until the job was done. There was a problem with supplies, and they just kept the store open to make sure that we had access to many options. I would absolutely recommend them based on the work they did, which was installing flooring, tiling, and counters in our kitchen remodel.
